What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational strategy and service delivery for the Reston office.
• Manage vendor relationships, including property management, security, and catering, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Design and execute workplace programming, including events, cultural celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee office technology, including workspace booking platforms and AV systems.
• Collect and synthesize workplace data to provide actionable recommendations for space optimization.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Reston Workplace Experience Coordinator.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Reston, VA.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or facilities coordination.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Comfort with workplace tools such as Slack, booking systems, and AV platforms.
