What you will do

• Lead the Workplace team on facilities, budget, safety, and security-related concerns.
• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure services are delivered reliably and efficiently.
• Coordinate office-wide events and local traditions in partnership with the global Workplace team.
• Manage vendor and landlord relationships, including contracts, purchase orders, and renewals.
• Partner with People Ops and IT to support smooth onboarding for new joiners.
• Oversee workplace budget tracking and align the food program with attendance levels.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in workplace, office operations, facilities, hospitality, or service operations.
• Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, calendar, and meeting tools.
