What you will do

  • Manage detailed project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking for the regional headquarters.
  • Oversee day-to-day mailroom and fulfillment operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching.
  • Supervise fulfillment specialists and implement quality control procedures to minimize errors.
  • Coordinate office operations, visitor logistics, security protocols, and technology support.
  • Handle vendor procurement, inventory management, and invoice resolution with Accounts Payable.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Canton, MA, USA.
  • Minimum of four years of experience supervising mailroom, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer focus and strong professional acumen.
