Salary: A$118K – A$128K + A$28K – A$31K Commission

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales to identify customer pain points and design tailored technical solutions.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for enterprise clients.
• Configure platform workflows and assist with API integrations, Webhooks, and basic Python scripting.
• Guide enterprise customers on leveraging the platform to maximize operational efficiency and ROI.
• Educate internal sales and customer success teams on best-in-class demonstration and sales methodologies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales consulting, or technical sales within a SaaS environment.
• Technical proficiency with APIs and Webhooks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage C-Level executives.
• Deep understanding of helpdesk/ticketing systems and customer support processes.
• Experience with value-based selling methodologies.
• Must be based in Sydney or the APAC region.
