Solutions Consultant (AI/SaaS): Supporting prospects in the DACH region to understand the value of Asana with an accent on translating customer needs into tool-based solutions. Focus on driving account strategy, developing technical product demonstrations, and implementing AI-powered collaborative work management.

Location: Based in Munich with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office).

Salary: €119,000 - €160,000 OTE

What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to develop and drive account strategy for key accounts.
• Translate customer pain points into solution presentations and clearly articulate business impact.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations using decks, briefs, and whiteboards.
• Run customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase platform value.
• Identify and scale solution-selling best practices across the Revenue organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers on AI-powered work management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located in Munich and willing to travel on-site with customers up to 30%.
• 3+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Languages: Professional fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Experience with AI technology (LLMs, AI-powered automation) and related business models.
• Conversational-level experience with JSON and RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability to effectively influence senior-level decision-makers.

• Fluency in French.
