What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing Solution Engineering team dedicated to the strategic enterprise business unit.
• Recruit, mentor, and empower Sales Engineers to maximize their potential and achieve company goals.
• Train team members on new platform features, internal processes, and sales collateral.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to optimize deal execution and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Establish strong partnerships with Product Marketing and Sales Operations to drive revenue growth.
• Develop streamlined processes and impactful collateral to enhance stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and managing high-performing sales engineering teams.
• 10+ years of relevant sales engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build a successful team from the ground up.
• Strong business acumen with deep understanding of GTM organization personas and workflows.
• Experience with CRMs, cloud architecture, or telephony/web conference systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, analytics, APIs/webhooks, and JSON.
