Solutions Consultant (SaaS): Supporting prospects within the UKI region to understand the value of the Asana platform with an accent on deep product knowledge and translating customer needs into tool-based solutions. Focus on partnering with EMEA Sales teams as a co-seller, driving account strategy, and presenting AI-powered collaborative work management solutions.

Location: Must be based in London with an office-centric hybrid schedule in the Dublin office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office). Willingness to travel on-site with customers upwards of 30% is required.

Compensation: €95,000 - €108,000 OTE.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to develop and drive account strategy for key accounts.
• Translate customer pain points into effective tool-based solutions and business impact.
• Develop and present product demonstrations, including decks, briefs, and whiteboards.
• Run customer Proof of Concepts to validate solution fit.
• Identify and scale solution-selling best practices across the Revenue organization.
• Support presale scale motions such as office hours and content generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or Sales Engineering.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Located in London and willing to travel on-site with customers upwards of 30%.
• Proven ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
• Deep curiosity and understanding of how IT systems work in a business context.
• Experience in running customer Proof of Concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI technology (Agentic, LLM, AI-powered automation) and business models.
• Fluency in additional languages.
