What you will do

• Own the end-to-end processing of service orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the full lifecycle.
• Validate quotes, contracts, and documentation to drive revenue integrity prior to booking and billing.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Revenue teams to align on requirements and accelerate deal execution.
• Execute billing transactions within strict monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close timelines.
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies and invoice inquiries in collaboration with Receivables Management.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance scalability and reduce cycle times.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, or operational finance within a technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required for international collaboration.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and financial controls.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, cloud-based, or subscription business models.
• Familiarity with billing platforms such as Zuora.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition principles and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting financial close processes in deadline-driven environments.
