What you will do

• Monitor outstanding invoices and conduct follow-ups with clients regarding overdue payments.
• Coordinate with internal accounting teams to provide payment information and documentation.
• Support vendor invoice processing, billing communication, and payment coordination.
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage documentation, including W9 forms and payment letters.
• Assist with the tracking and calculation of sales commissions.
• Utilize Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, and spreadsheets for reporting and data management.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa.
• Ability to work US Business Hours.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, AR/AP, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.
• Strong professional English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Familiarity with payment platforms such as Mercury.
• Experience working with remote teams and supporting invoicing processes.
