What you will do

• Proactively manage assigned trade debtor ledgers to meet monthly targets for DSO and overdue receivables.
• Prepare and distribute key financial reports including cash flow forecasts, dispute logs, and bad debt provisions.
• Identify and investigate non-payments, delayed payments, and account irregularities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Controllers and commercial teams to resolve client disputes and facilitate re-invoicing.
• Provide professional customer service regarding collection issues and account adjustments.
• Support local finance and Order-to-Cash teams with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Experience in an international company, preferably within an SSC or BPO environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems like SAP.
• Very good level of English language proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction across all organizational levels.
