What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all pricing and terms decisions within the sales cycle.
• Build complex pricing models and analyze price getting and source of revenue walk in deals.
• Review and approve discount and terms exception requests based on department guidelines.
• Manage communications with sales representatives and provide context for approval or rejection.
• Drive adoption of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) tools and monitor CRM process compliance.
• Participate in projects to improve Deal Desk-related processes for the sales organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Solid analytical background and experience with handling large data sets.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in using CRM Systems (specifically MS Dynamics).
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (MSBI).
