Location: Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines, with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with US business hours.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end month-end close process targeting a 5–7 day cycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and payables via modern spend-management platforms.
- Drive finance process improvements and prepare the organization for its first external audit.
- Oversee multi-entity reconciliations and financial reporting workstreams.
- Develop and implement a systems-improvement roadmap to support rapid scaling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience at the Accounting Manager level or equivalent.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a full month-end close process.
- U.S. GAAP accounting experience at a U.S.-based or U.S.-reporting company.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for complex reconciliations and financial modeling.
- C1+ English proficiency for vendor-facing and cross-functional communication.
- Full-time availability with no concurrent clients or independent practice.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Ramp, or ADP Workforce Now.
- Background in multi-location, multi-entity, or PE-backed businesses.
- Proven track record in systems implementation or finance process improvement.
