Location: Onsite in Teaneck, NJ

Salary: $105,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Process purchase orders, track status, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors globally.
• Monitor inventory, forecast needs, and manage spare parts budgeting.
• Resolve issues with orders, deliveries, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, R&D, NPI, Engineering.
• Manage contract manufacturers for scale-up and product flexibility.
• Implement procurement processes, tools, and track operational KPIs (OTD, cost savings, supplier performance).

Requirements

• 5+ years in purchasing, supply chain, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/purchasing systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Monday.com.
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and budgeting processes.
