Salary: $90,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Lead Weekly S&OE and Monthly S&OP meetings to present supply plans and inventory levels.
• Create 13-week rolling master plans and 12-month capacity plans for contract manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and parameters within NetSuite ERP.
• Manage the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) lifecycle.
• Coordinate inventory storage and movement with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Develop inventory scenarios to highlight service, cost, and inventory tradeoffs for leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply planning, material management, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of experience working within ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices (ABC/XYZ analysis, cycle counting).
• Proficiency in replenishment planning methods (JIT, Min/Max, demand forecasting).
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and 3PL providers.
• Strong analytical and project management skills focused on process mapping and data gathering.
