What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise applications roadmap to support Marketing's growth and strategic objectives.
• Oversee and optimize core marketing platforms, including Marketo, Salesforce, and RingLead.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from technical strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant integrations across the ecosystem.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of application leaders and professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Digital Transformation roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Deep expertise supporting Marketing organizations and MarTech ecosystems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of lead management, campaign execution, and marketing analytics.
• Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled marketing platforms and emerging MarTech trends.
• Experience with Agile product delivery methodologies.
• Salesforce or Marketo platform certifications.
