What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to understand business strategy and provide feedback on software platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers on priorities and usage scenarios for product features.
• Lead global teams of engineers fostering innovation, autonomy, clear communication, and trust.
• Collaborate with other engineering leaders to ensure platform success and improve engineering practices.
• Coach leaders and engineers, build learning culture, hire top talent, and participate in customer meetings.
• Work with technology suppliers to meet hirify.global’s needs.

Requirements

• United States based for Work from Home.
• Experience designing, building, deploying, and operating commercial software with AI/ML stateful algorithms, real-time aggregations, and low-latency execution.
• Experience with event-driven platforms and full lifecycle of intelligence execution from authoring to observing.
• Leading teams in Typescript, Java, and Python; expertise in modern design patterns, open-source, cloud environments.
• Technical ability to perform engineering tasks; expertise across public/private cloud and on-premises.
• Experience with microservices, agile processes, global coaching, production deployments, and commercial software processes.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in computer science or related.

• Delivering software for AWS, Google, Azure.
• Kubernetes, Storm, Flink, Spark, diverse databases, decision/numerical/AI/ML integration.
