What you will do

• Lead the enterprise Implementation Engineering team, transitioning delivery from legacy tools to a code-based, AI-forward approach.
• Own the delivery of integrations for 250+ enterprise partners, ensuring reliability of Voice AI, call routing, and emergency communications.
• Maintain a hands-on technical role by writing code, architecting solutions, and troubleshooting alongside the team.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate implementation insights into platform innovations.
• Scale the team through strategic hiring, mentorship, and the establishment of technical operational frameworks.
• Manage the operational budget, vendor relationships, and implementation contractor scoping.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, sales engineering, or implementation engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams in post-sales implementation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Python and configuring REST APIs for integrations.
• Proven experience working with large enterprise customers and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate technical delivery and scale integration solutions.
