What you will do

• Lead outbound prospecting across the North America region via email, phone, and other channels.
• Build and develop the sales pipeline in close partnership with Account Executives.
• Research target accounts and personas to tailor outreach strategies.
• Identify and assess new regional opportunities to engage prospects.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to generate leads.
• Track activities and report on pipeline development progress regularly.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional leaders and teams.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative skills.
• Must be located in North or South America.
