Focus on leading RFPs, finalizing contracts, forecasting revenue, and coaching Sales Executives through enterprise sales cycles.

What you will do
- Identify and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Lead and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Progress validated leads through structured opportunity plans and pipeline stages.
- Lead discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Lead complex RFP processes and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
- Provide practical feedback to Sales Executives and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
- Proven record of closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience leading RFP processes and commercial negotiations.
- Regional experience aligned with the assigned territory.
- Ability to engage strategically with senior merchant stakeholders.

- Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B technology.
