What you will do

• Lead and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage regional sales performance, including pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed sales team.
• Oversee Salesforce CRM and sales operations to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive sales experience in software, payments, or financial services.
• Proven success in new client acquisition and managing sales teams to quota.
• Demonstrated experience in pipeline discipline and Salesforce adoption.
• Strong leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and complex deal structures.
• Must be based in the United States
