Materials Program Manager

Salary: $76,780–$152,460 USD

What you will do

• Translate manufacturing and market dynamics into actionable strategies for materials planning and cost optimization.
• Coordinate material acquisition to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) readiness.
• Collaborate with suppliers to drive performance, optimize costs, and execute contractual requirements.
• Partner with engineering and supply chain teams to define demand and establish raw material requirements.
• Ensure integrity of bills of materials and achieve quality and availability objectives.
• Analyze complex data to design process optimization solutions and provide regular stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years with GED/Associate's).
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and tools.
• Proven ability in risk management strategies for supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in BOM management, cost benchmarking, and Engineering Change Order processes.

• Master's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering.
