What you will do

• Lead production control functions for all value streams within the central plants.
• Supervise ERP planners and materials analysts to ensure efficient material flow.
• Maintain oversight of production order issuance and inventory transaction accuracy.
• Analyze system data to optimize part settings and support monthly shipping goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for departmental processes and procedures.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to resolve inventory inconsistencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Must have 5 years of experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Must have 2 years of leadership or supervision experience.
• Proficiency in working with ERP systems.
• Must be able to work onsite in Blacksburg, VA.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
