Salary: $160-200K (DOE), 30% STIP

What you will do
- Own strategic and operational leadership for the materials management function, including supply planning, purchasing, and direct customer service for assigned product areas.
- Apply disciplined supply chain planning to support strategic sourcing for direct and indirect spending, including supplier standards and annual savings targets.
- Manage supply planning and plant scheduling; align inventory objectives (raw material, WIP, finished goods) with corporate and plant leadership.
- Develop and execute logistics strategies to reduce waste and improve materials flow; refine master scheduling and planning processes aligned with business strategy.
- Lead cross-functional materials, purchasing, planning, and direct customer service efforts for new product introduction, engineering changes, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Drive supplier relationship management, supply risk identification and mitigation, business continuity planning, sustainability criteria, and compliance with sourcing policies and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Business (or equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of functional and leadership experience in supply chain operations with sourcing, procurement, and planning experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience with a Medical Device Manufacturer.
- Knowledge of commodity strategies (spend and supply market analysis, cost savings methodology, requirements planning, performance reporting).
- Understanding of quality control standards (ISO, AQL) and/or experience in a highly regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and understanding of MRP and ERP systems (Oracle and SAP experience is a plus).
