Salary: $125,400 - $181,875

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop planning associates responsible for comprehensive financial planning and executive engagement.
• Establish performance expectations for client experience, planning quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Manage team capacity, staffing, and workload distribution to optimize service delivery.
• Develop scalable operating infrastructure, including standardized workflows, playbooks, and performance dashboards.
• Oversee registered associate activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policy.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, L&D, and Compliance to recruit and retain top advisory talent.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
• 7+ years of experience leading sales, advisor, financial planning, or wealth management teams.
• FINRA Series 7, Series 24 (or 9/10), and Series 63 & 65 (or 66) licenses required.
• CFP® and CRPC® certifications required (or obtained within approved timelines).
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Experience supervising registered associates and leading geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

• ChFC® designation.
• Experience with executive compensation, non-qualified plans, or equity compensation.
• Background leading phone-based advisory teams or contact center environments.
