Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 (Base)

What you will do

• Perform fundamental credit analysis on prospective counterparties using quantitative and qualitative factors.
• Monitor daily credit risk exposures and conduct regular analysis to assess portfolio concentrations and trends.
• Recommend and communicate credit exposure appetite across trading products based on internal policies.
• Act as the primary liaison for regulatory examinations and audits, specifically with the SEC and FINRA.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Legal, Operations, and Compliance on due diligence and legal negotiations for traded products.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of credit risk management experience at a prime brokerage, broker-dealer, or investment bank.
• Proven experience leading responses to regulators (SEC, FINRA) and managing audit deliverables.
• Deep expertise in counterparty credit risk for securities financing, margin lending, derivatives, cleared products, and digital assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or another quantitative field.
• Must be based in New York, NY to satisfy the 4-day per week in-office requirement.
