What you will do

• Own broker-dealer communications reviews and retail communications pre-approval under FINRA Rule 2210.
• Manage registered person oversight and employee supervision responsibilities.
• Oversee regulatory complaint reporting and responses.
• Contribute to governance activities, including board reporting and policy maintenance.
• Support regulatory examination and inquiry responses through document production and narrative drafting.
• Identify opportunities to automate compliance processes using AI tools to improve program efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in broker-dealer compliance or regulatory operations at a FINRA-registered firm.
• Active FINRA Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 registrations.
• Direct experience with communications supervision (FINRA Rules 2210, 3110).
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools for drafting, analyzing, and automating compliance tasks.
• Experience investigating customer complaints and supporting SEC/FINRA examinations.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting regulatory responses and compliance memos.
