What you will do

• Pick, stage, and label orders using RF scanners or voice-pick instructions.
• Maintain productivity targets of 30+ lines per hour with 99% pick accuracy.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and lot/expiration codes before confirming picks.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts and walkie stackers.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles.

Requirements

• Must be based in Olive Branch, MS, US.
• 6+ months experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail stock environments.
• Basic computer and RF scanner proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with WMS (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, NetSuite).
• Forklift certification and experience with turret trucks or walkie stackers.
• Experience in B2B, eCommerce, or FDA-regulated environments.
