What you will do

• Handle, move, and organize materials within the production facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to support production workflows.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in New Bern, North Carolina.
• Proven experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Valid driver's license.
