What you will do

• Lead warehouse safety practices and maintain a clean, organized, world-class inventory environment.
• Run internal material management processes: shipping/receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, FIFO, kan-ban, kitting, and consumables management.
• Administer aftermarket parts operations to support rapid uptime for customers in the field.
• Manage damage/defective processes and support supplier component testing and validation workflows.
• Troubleshoot material issues (damaged product, shortages) and help prevent recurrence.
• Participate in designing and implementing new warehouse and materials-related areas; coordinate tools and equipment with Facilities and Manufacturing.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience with ERP and materials management technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work safely.
• Confident computer skills using Microsoft solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to walk/stand/navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods; lift/carry/move materials and equipment up to 25 lbs regularly; use PPE as required; occasional off-hours/weekend work for emergencies or projects.
