What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end dealer onboarding process for converted sales leads.
• Create and manage admin and login credentials for dealership users.
• Conduct due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate dealer records including ownership, banking, and OEM updates.
• Setup and follow up on dealer ACH direct deposit and automated funding processes.
• Monitor dealer ACH Notice of Changes in accordance with NACHA rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in the auto or powersports industry, specifically servicing dealerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet daily and monthly goals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to pass quality assurance audits.
