What you will do

• Support high-priority initiatives including fundraising, international expansion, and product launches.
• Improve internal processes, systems, and maintain dashboards to drive operational efficiency.
• Assist with inbound and outbound sales activities, customer onboarding, and relationship management.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, community-led initiatives, and brand storytelling.
• Track key KPIs and transform complex data into actionable team insights.
• Manage CRM data and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and utility.
