What you will do

• Balance individual workloads including service requests and email inquiries while performing quality assurance.
• Analyze complex data issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Ensure all processing complies with IRS, Department of Labor, FINRA, and SEC regulations.
• Monitor control reports, gain/loss, suspense accounts, and tax form research.
• Research and resolve escalated problems that exceed the difficulty of standard resolution tasks.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff while coordinating specialized tasks across internal departments.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• 2-4 year degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 2 years of directly related financial or industry experience.
• Knowledge of retirement industry regulations including distributions, contributions, and taxation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.
