Senior Product Compliance Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States. Wyoming residency in the Mountain Time Zone is preferred but not required. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $105,000–$145,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Serve as an internal compliance subject matter expert for Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Member Services, Sales, and operational teams.
• Review marketing materials and customer-facing content for consumer protection, UDAAP, and regulatory accuracy.
• Develop expertise in benefit product operations, including funds flow, transaction processing, ACH, and card networks.
• Lead compliance risk assessments for product features, platform developments, workflow changes, and AI-powered tools.
• Identify privacy, HIPAA, and data protection implications; recommend controls and track remediation.
• Monitor regulatory developments, prepare impact assessments, and support customer or employer escalations involving compliance.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration at an HSA custodian, TPA, benefits administrator, health plan, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for tax-advantaged accounts, including HSA, FSA, and HRA products.
• Ability to interpret legal advice, IRS guidance, DOL advisory opinions, and similar regulatory materials and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to answer live compliance questions and prepare regulatory impact assessments.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams in an embedded compliance role.
• Current US work authorization without present or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with benefit account transaction processing, ACH, or card networks.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GLBA, or consumer data privacy requirements in benefits administration.
• Wyoming residency or proximity to Wyoming regulatory contacts.
