Salary: $70,300 - $99,750 per year (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Analyze defaulted Home Equity Investments to develop effective recovery and loss mitigation strategies.
• Manage relationships and communication with customers, investors, attorneys, and subservicers.
• Oversee subservicers and foreclosure firms to ensure compliant and timely processing.
• Conduct audits and call monitoring to ensure subservicer adherence to servicing standards.
• Train and coach the Special Servicing team on new policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve proprietary servicing systems and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, HELOC, or Home Equity Investment (HEI) servicing, specifically within default management and loss mitigation.
• Deep technical expertise in foreclosure navigation and interpreting title reports.
• Proven experience in subservicer oversight, auditing, and performance monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing regulatory compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze financial data to build loss mitigation plans.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required.
