Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, The Hague, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands. Customer site visits may be required when beneficial for implementation projects.

Salary: €4,000–€5,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour week.

What you will do

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, independently managing smaller projects and collaborating on larger ones.
• Analyse customer workflows, identify stakeholders, and create realistic project plans based on PRINCE2 principles.
• Manage implementation progress through changing project conditions while maintaining quality and overview.
• Train system administrators and end users, explaining complex functionality clearly to different audiences.
• Manage stakeholders ranging from SME directors to enterprise IT departments.
• Improve implementation processes and represent hirify.global at the office and customer sites.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or consultancy, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Demonstrable project management experience with PRINCE2 or a similar structured methodology.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects without losing overview or quality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to learn and explain new tools quickly; coding is not required.
• Fluent Dutch and English, with English at C1 level, spoken and written.
• Customer focus, ownership, curiosity, and confidence working with customers in the office and on-site.
