Senior Education Systems Solutions Manager

Location: Remote working is available within the UK, Netherlands, or US, with travel required. Office locations are Cardiff, The Hague, and Washington, DC. Relocation support and work permit sponsorship are available for the Netherlands position.

Salary: £70,000 per year in Cardiff; €89,931–€112,414 per year in The Hague; $117,657–$147,072 per year in Washington, DC.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of education system solutions grounded in research, international practice, and contextual understanding.
• Shape technically robust and externally credible proposals for governments, international organizations, and non-profit organizations.
• Partner with regional teams across opportunity development, client engagement, solution design, and delivery.
• Engage senior external stakeholders to understand education reform priorities and develop context-sensitive solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for projects involving designed solutions and ensure quality and relevance during delivery.
• Contribute to the development of the wider Education Systems Solutions offering.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, International Development, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Strong background in education system improvement, ideally with expertise in curriculum or assessment.
• Substantial experience in education consulting, programme or project management, solution development, or a related field, ideally in an international context.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic, collaborative, and adaptable approach, balancing educational impact, context, delivery feasibility, and implementation.
