Partner Project Manager (Live Entertainment)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with possible on-site presence during event launches and other important dates

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of large events from commercial contract signature through final closing.
• Act as the main point of contact for event organizers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure requirements are delivered on time and according to plan.
• Communicate product and process needs to headquarters and collaborate with product and engineering teams on delivery and prioritization.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A documentation for potential user incidents handled by user support.
• Ensure project requirements are fully documented and support events on site when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• Project management and operational experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments, manage parallel workstreams, and handle large volumes of work.
• Ability to communicate with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.

Nice to have

• Experience in events.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong academic background.
• Additional language skills.
