Salary: €5,700–€8,565 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary product development teams through the entire lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, planning, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Guide products through stage-gate processes and governance structures.
• Align technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders on project goals.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation phases.
• Report progress and key decisions to management and steering groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, engineering projects, or technology development.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Ability to work on-site in Kinderdijk as required.

• Experience in maritime, offshore, defence, aerospace, or automotive industries.
