Senior Technical Project Manager (Maritime)

Salary: €5,700–€8,565 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance

What you will do

• Lead technical product development and innovation projects from concept through implementation.
• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into project plans and execution strategies.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, deliverables, and change requests.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, technology, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies and synergies across product initiatives, market groups, and business units.
• Present project proposals, progress updates, and decision papers to project boards and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in product development, engineering projects, or technology development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience in maritime, offshore, defence, aerospace, automotive, or other complex engineering environments is advantageous.
