What you will do

• Oversee and ensure the success and quality of initiatives and projects for a large federal contract.
• Manage a team of quality improvement facilitators to deliver effective technical assistance.
• Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the prime contract holder and hirify.global.
• Implement Task Order goals within frontline health facilities and outpatient clinical practices.
• Collaborate with the primary contractor to identify, plan, and organize workflows with a strategic vision.

Requirements

• Internal candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in healthcare or business administration preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of administrative experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior hospital or healthcare leadership position.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
• Ability to travel up to 15-30%.
