What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations, ensuring budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate communication between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of qualified Service Providers throughout the region.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and implement corrective actions when installations fail to meet standards.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues.

Requirements

• Must reside in OH.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time within OH.
• 5+ years of experience in residential management.
• 3+ years of construction field work, preferably in residential settings.
• Experience with home modifications (e.g., bathrooms, ramps) is a preferred plus.
