What you will do

• Lead "war rooms" and manage Sev1/Sev2 incidents to resolve complex technical blockers across cloud and network infrastructures.
• Perform deep-dive diagnostics, log tracing, and code-level investigations for Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Act as the primary liaison between executive-level customers and internal engineering teams to drive product improvements.
• Develop and implement innovative tools, including LLM-based debugging tools, to accelerate problem resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in incident management and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles.
• Deep expertise in L1-L7 OSI networking, packet capture analysis (Wireshark), and dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF).
• Proficiency in Linux and Python programming.
• Experience with cloud networking instances on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship or work visa support is provided.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C and C++ programming languages.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
