What you will do

• Lead the design, engineering, and optimization of enterprise-wide security platforms across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Engineer and enhance Zero Trust capabilities, including identity-based access, segmentation, and continuous verification models.
• Design and implement security controls for AI and generative AI technologies in partnership with governance stakeholders.
• Develop security standards, engineering patterns, and guardrails to ensure secure-by-default infrastructure.
• Improve enterprise visibility through advanced security monitoring, telemetry, and policy enforcement.
• Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership for complex security transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or infrastructure security.
• Deep technical expertise in Palo Alto Networks security platforms.
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud security posture management.
• Proven ability to operate within regulated environments such as GxP or SOX.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles and modern enterprise security architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with segmentation technologies like Illumio.
• Experience with SaaS security platforms like Obsidian or asset visibility tools like Armis.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
