What you will do

• Define end-to-end security architecture for AI/ML systems, including training pipelines and inference infrastructure.
• Develop threat models for AI-specific attack surfaces such as model poisoning, prompt injection, and model inversion.
• Lead design reviews and establish standards for secure-by-default AI development.
• Partner with ML engineers to embed security controls throughout the model lifecycle.
• Translate AI-specific regulations like NIST AI RMF into actionable architectural requirements.
• Act as a technical authority bridging security, platform engineering, and product management teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel for business needs.
• 12+ years of experience in information security, with 5+ years in cloud or platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in securing ML/AI systems, including LLMs and training pipelines.
• Proficiency in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and application security.
• Strong understanding of AI-specific threat vectors and secure software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex security risks to executive leadership.

• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF governance frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CCSP.
