What you will do

• Execute and monitor high-value FX transactions, ensuring strict adherence to currency cut-offs.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal ledgers and custodian accounts.
• Investigate and resolve trade matching, confirmation, and settlement discrepancies with global stakeholders.
• Mitigate operational risk by maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to design and implement process automation enhancements.
• Analyze settlement data and KPIs to identify trends and propose risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, specifically in FX operations or trade settlements.
• Solid understanding of FX products (Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Options, NDFs) and trade lifecycles.
• Familiarity with global payment infrastructure, including SWIFT messaging and CLS operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, with advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or SQL.
