What you will do

• Collect and analyze data from Power BI, Salesforce, and CaptivateIQ to ensure accurate commission calculations.
• Calculate and process compensation owed to internal sales representatives and external channel partners.
• Manage end-to-end commission processing within CaptivateIQ, including data uploads and statement generation.
• Communicate earnings, attainment, and deal-level activity breakdowns to sales representatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to investigate and resolve compensation disputes.
• Develop process guides, documentation, and track incentive programs such as SPIFs and Presidential Club.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX, US.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation, sales operations, finance, or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
• Ability to work with complex relational datasets across multiple systems.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar incentive compensation management platforms.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
