• Perform repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of facility utilities and complex process equipment.
• Provide training and mentoring to less experienced technicians to improve team competence.
• Supervise the work of external contractors to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Support different organizational levels to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience or completion of PBS requirements and passing assessment.
• Intermediate working knowledge of technical maintenance and shop floor competencies.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance in Daytona Beach, FL is required.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules and be available for on-call hours as required.
