What you will do

• Perform full-cycle assembly of submersible pumps, including electrical connections and decal application.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 20 individuals to ensure high-quality production.
• Prioritize daily staffing and present operational metrics at daily MDI meetings.
• Conduct hourly/bi-hourly audits and strictly follow leader standard work.
• Create RCCMs for safety incidents and production misses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, MFG, PRO, or M2K.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically creating spreadsheets in Excel.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
