What you will do

• Repair precision surgical instruments under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and testing of assigned equipment.
• Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to exceed their expectations.
• Partner with sales teams to grow business within the assigned territory.
• Produce daily work orders and update customer reports accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required.
• Computer literacy and clear communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for occasional overtime and shift changes to meet customer needs.
• Must comply with ISO and FDA regulations.
