Location: Mountain View, California or San Diego, California

Salary: $247,000–$334,000 in Mountain View; $235,000–$318,000 in San Diego.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end category strategy and execution across media, agencies, events, content production, facilities, professional services, contingent labor, and benefits.
• Design data-driven sourcing strategies balancing cost, speed, quality, and innovation.
• Lead complex global negotiations and agreements while managing total value and supplier risk.
• Advise VP-level and senior stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Success, Corporate Services, and Finance.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and align sourcing strategies with enterprise growth and margin goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing organization while improving processes, compliance, analytics, automation, and decision speed.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or commercial leadership experience.
• 5+ years of management experience, including recruiting, mentoring, developing, and retaining strategic sourcing teams.
• Expertise in global strategic sourcing for Marketing and Corporate Services categories.
• Strong financial acumen and experience leading complex, high-value negotiations.
• Experience championing AI and automation across the sourcing function.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, digital fluency, and continuous improvement skills.
