Business Operations Senior Manager (Corporate Planning)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $166,500–$225,500 per year; the position may also include a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Support annual planning processes for teams and ecosystems across hirify.global and execute the change management strategy.
• Lead the development and improvement of enterprise-level planning processes using original insights, external research, and stakeholder perspectives.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify friction, connect strategic priorities, and accelerate decisions and outcomes.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, Enterprise Architecture, and other teams to improve planning processes.
• Provide thought leadership, frame strategic questions, develop recommendations, and communicate a clear point of view to executives.
• Design and run rapid experiments, analyze results, and identify opportunities, risks, and roadblocks in planning capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading process transformations in a large enterprise, management consulting, or business operations environment.
• Experience formulating and leading organizational change management plans with clear, impactful communication.
• Strong understanding of strategy, company-level goals, operating models, and performance drivers.
• Ability to generate innovative process improvement insights and solve complex strategic problems.
• Strong ownership, decision-making, influence, curiosity, and learning mindset.
• Ability to work empathetically with stakeholders and improve the planning experience.
